Hello Lash babes! Before you proceed to book, I would like for you to get familiar with my new booking policy starting February 2020. By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to the terms and policies listed below. February 2020 Updated Policy Cancellation Policy -Clients will be subject to a 50% service fee for any cancellation -The fee applies to everyone regardless of when one cancels -Clients are allowed to reschedule up to 24 hours before their appointment without penalty -Same day rescheduling will still be subject to 50% service fee No-Show policy -Clients who do not show up to their appointment will be charged 50% of their service fee -Clients who do not show up to their appointment more than once will be blocked from booking again Late policy -Clients who are more than 10 (TEN) minutes late will result in their appointment being cancelled and charged the 50% service fee Plus One Policy -Plus ones are NOT allowed. -Client who show up with a plus one will have their appointment cancelled and charged the 50% service fee. No Make-up policy -It is required that clients come to their appointment without any makeup. This includes no mascara, eyeliner, strip lash glue, eyeshadow, or concealer. Remember lash extensions do not stick to dirty lashes!! -Clients who show up with makeup/dirty lashes will require a lash bath that is an additional $10. This additional service will take away from the lash application process and I cannot guarantee completion. Thank you 🖤
